4 fillets (½ to 1 inch thick) Farm-raised catfish fillets
Cooking spray

Instructions

Step 1 : Prepare grill

Sprinkle Cajun seasoning on both sides of fillets, lightly coat fish with cooking spray.

Step 2 : Grill the fish

Arrange fish in a wire grilling basket coated with cooking spray. Place basket on grill rack; cover and grill for 5 minutes. Turn grill basket over, drizzle fresh lemon juice over fish. Cover and grill for another 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Step 3 : Serve

Serve the Cajun catfish with grilled lemon slices, if desired.
