Ingredients

2 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
2 garlic cloves
Notes:

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
4 4-ounce mahimahi fillets
cooking spray
2 cups shredded romaine lettuce

Instructions

Step 1 : 

Combine first 7 ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag. Add fish; turn to coat. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove fish from bag. Pour marinade into a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook 1 minute.

Step 2 : 

Place fish on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Step 3 : 

Place ½ cup lettuce on each plate; top with fish. Spoon marinade over fish.
