1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 fillets mahimahi fillets
Notes:

(about ¾ inch thick)

2 teaspoons vegetable oil
33/100 cup hot mango chutney
2 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons flaked sweetened coconut
1 tablespoon hot water
1/4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

Step 1 : 

Combine all-purpose flour, curry powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl. Dredge one side of each mahimahi fillet in the flour mixture.

Step 2 : 

Heat vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add the fish, floured side down, and cook for 3 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Combine hot mango chutney, raisins, flaked sweetened coconut, and hot water. Serve the fish immediately with the chutney mixture. Sprinkle each serving with sliced green onions.
