1/3 c. chopped onion
8/3 cans whole tomatoes

1/3 c. chili powder
1/3 c. vinegar
2/3 t. salt

Instructions

Step 1 : 

Brown the ground beef with the onion in a large saucepan, stirring until the ground beef is crumbly. Drain. Stir in the undrained tomatoes, undrained beans, bourbon, chili powder, vinegar and salt. Simmer for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until of the desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
