16 ounce package Fettuccini
Notes:

cooked and drained

33/100 cup Onion
2 T. Butter
4 ounces Salmon
Notes:

canned or fresh, flaked

1/2 cup White wine
33/100 cup Whipping cream
2 t. Parmesan cheese
Notes:

grated

Pepper

Instructions

Step 1 : 

Saute the onion in the butter in a skillet until tender.

Step 2 : 

Add the canned salmon. Saute until heated through. If using fresh salmon, pan fry in butter and onion until desired doneness.

Step 3 : 

Stir in the wine and whipping cream. Cook until thickened, stirring frequently.

Step 4 : 

Add the cheese and pepper and mix well. Toss with the prepared, hot fettuccini in a serving bowl.
