Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

Step 2 : Seasoning

In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3 : Roasting

Place the lamb in a roasting pan and rub the seasoning mixture all over the lamb.

Step 4 : Cooking

Roast the lamb in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.

Step 5 : Resting

Remove the lamb from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
