6 cubes Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1/2 c. Hot Water
2 Red Bell Peppers

2 Yellow Bell Peppers

1 Large Onion

2 T. Olive Oil
1/2 c. Fresh Cilantro
Notes:

chopped

2 cloves Garlic
Notes:

minced

2 cans Canned Tomatoes with Basil
Notes:

peeled

12 to 14 Plum Tomatoes
Notes:

cut into quarters

16 ounces Spaghetti
Notes:

cooked and drained


Instructions

Step 1 : 

Dissolve the bouillon cubes in the hot water and mix well. Saute the red peppers, yellow peppers, and onion in the olive oil in a skillet. Add the cilantro and garlic and mix well. Stir in the undrained canned tomatoes, plum tomatoes, and bouillon. Simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Toss with the hot pasta in a bowl. Serve immediately.
