1/2 c. Butter
1 lb Shrimp

1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 medium block Velveeta cheese

16 ounces Fettuccini

1 can Chopped tomatoes with chiles

Instructions

Step 1 : 

Saute the onion, green pepper and garlic in the butter in a skillet.

Step 2 : 

Add the shrimp and mix well. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Step 3 : 

Stir in the soup. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently, add the cheese. Cook until the cheese melts, stirring constantly. Spoon over the pasta on a serving platter.
