Instructions

Step 1 : Bisque

Combine curry paste and water in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk.

Step 2 : Bisque

Coat a Dutch oven with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add curry paste mixture and shrimp; cook, uncovered, 4 minutes, stirring

Step 3 : Rice Base

Combine rice and cold water in a medium saucepan.

Step 4 : Rice Base

Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

Step 5 : Rice Base

Remove from heat and let stand, covered, 5 minutes.

Step 6 : Rice Base

Stir in onions, raisins, and salt.
