3 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Bottled Minced Garlic
4 4-ounce Salmon Fillets

Instructions

Step 1 : 

Preheat broiler.

Step 2 : 

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.

Step 3 : 

Microwave at HIGH 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds.

Step 4 : 

Place fish on a broiler pan, brush fish with sugar mixture. Broil 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting occasionally with remaining sugar mixture.
