2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
5/2 pounds pork ribs

Instructions

Step 1 : 

In a small bowl, combine the paprika, salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.

Step 2 : 

Cut the rack of ribs into 4 or 5 smaller pieces and sprinkle the spice mixture onto all sides of the raw meat. Use your hands if necessary to get a good even coating.

Step 3 :

Step 4 :
