1 pound fresh wild-caught salmon
1 cup teriyaki marinade
olive oil spray

Instructions

Step 1 : 

Place the salmon in a shallow baking dish. Pour the teriyaki marinade over the fish and marinate in the refrigerator for no more than 30 minutes.

Step 2 : 

Preheat a gas grill on high for several minutes (or prepare a charcoal fire). Spray the grates of the grill with a light coating of olive oil, place the salmon on the grill, and cook for 4 to 6 minutes (depending on thickness), then carefully flip the salmon.

Step 3 : 

Pour some of the remaining marinade over the fish if desired.

Step 4 : 

Grill for another 4 to 6 minutes, or until cooked all the way through. Serve warm.
