2 Ibs. salmon fillets
1/4 c. butter

1 lemon

4 shallots

finely chopped

1/2 с. white wine
67/100 с. sour cream
3/2 t. Dijon mustard
3/2 t. seasoned salt
1/2 t. pepper

Instructions

Step 1 : 

Arrange salmon in a single layer in a large baking dish.

Step 2 : 

Drizzle butter and lemon juice over fish.

Step 3 : 

Place dish in 400° oven and cook, uncovered for 15 minutes.

Step 4 : 

In a small sauce pan, simmer shallots and wine together over low heat until wine has evaporated and shallots are tender, about 8 minutes.

Step 5 : 

Stir in sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper.

Step 6 : 

Pour sauce over fish and return fish to oven. Cook 5 minutes, or until fish is glazed but not browned.
