Ingredients

Total: 6Serves: 4
2 fresh halibut steaks
2 T. light mayonnaise
1 t. dried minced onions
2 T. parmesan cheese
salt
pepper

Instructions

Step 1 : 

Wash the halibut and pat dry. Place halibut into glass baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray.

Step 2 : 

Spread mayonnaise on top of fish. Sprinkle with minced onions.

Step 3 : 

Top with parmesan cheese and salt and pepper.

Step 4 : 

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
