Ingredients

4 salmon steaks
2 cloves garlic, minced
Notes:

4 T. honey
8 T. soy sauce
4 T. sliced almonds

Instructions

Step 1 : 

Wash salmon and pat dry. Place each salmon steak in a piece of aluminum foil with sides folded up (to keep liquids in). Pour 2 tablespoons of soy sauce over each salmon steak. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over each salmon steak. Sprinkle minced garlic on top of salmon. Sprinkle sliced almonds over salmon. Fold foil up and pinch to make a liquid-tight cooking pouch. Place foil pouches in a baking dish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
