garlic salt
ground thyme

3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. light soy sauce
1/4 c. white wine


Step 1 : Preparation

Wash chicken and pat dry. Season with garlic salt, pepper, thyme and onion powder.

Step 2 : Baking

Place chicken in baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray. If you leave the skin on, place chicken skin-side down.

Step 3 : Sauce Preparation

Mix orange juice, soy sauce and wine together and pour over chicken.

Step 4 : Baking

Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350°. Turn chicken over and continue to bake covered for 30 more minutes.
