1 t seasoned salt
5/2 Ibs. chicken parts
1 pkg. Lawry's spaghetti sauce mix
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. oil
1 c. sauterne wine
1 can tomato sauce
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms


Step 1 : 

Sprinkle chicken parts with seasoned salt or garlic salt and paprika.

Step 2 : 

Blend spaghetti sauce mix with 1/4 cup bread crumbs. Roll chicken pieces in seasoned crumb mixture.

Step 3 : 

Fry carefully in oil in skillet just until chicken is golden brown.

Step 4 : 

Add wine, tomato sauce, mushrooms and remaining crumb mixture.

Step 5 : 

Cover and simmer about 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Alternatively, you can place the chicken and other ingredients into baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray and bake covered for 45 minutes at 350°.

Step 6 : 

Serve over rice or spaghetti noodles.
