Ingredients

2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/3 cup Chopped Onion
1 pound Ground Pork
Notes:

(ground beef can be substituted)

1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 lime Lime Juice
Notes:

Juice of ½ lime

Corn Tortillas
Lettuce or Sliced Cabbage
Sour Cream
Grated Cheese
Lime Wedges
Hot Peppers
Salsa

Instructions

Step 1 : 

Heat the oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft but not browned, 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 2 : 

Add the ground pork and cook while breaking up the meat with a spatula. Continue to cook until the meat has browned all the way through. Drain off the fat (if desired), then season with chili powder, cumin, oregano, and salt.

Step 3 : 

Stir in the lime juice and serve warm with the taco fixings of your choice.
