Taco Quiche
Ellen Whiteman
Taco Quiche is a delicious and flavorful dish that combines the flavors of a taco with a classic quiche. It is a perfect option for those following a keto or low carb diet. The quiche is made with a savory crust filled with ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning mix, jalapenos, and a blend of shredded colby and monterey Jack cheese. The filling is made with a mixture of milk, eggs, and sour cream, which gives it a creamy and rich texture. It is topped with guacamole for an extra burst of flavor. This dish is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or even dinner.
