1 tsp Celery Salt
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp Onion Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
7/2 lbs Beef Brisket
1 cup Barbeque Sauce


Step 1 : Preparation

Combine the liquid smoke, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, onion salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2 : Cooking

Brush the mixture over the entire surface of the brisket. Place the brisket in a baking pan. Cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours.
