Instructions

Step 1Β :Β Preparation

Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper.

Step 2Β :Β Dredging

Dredge the fish fillets in flour, shaking off any excess.

Step 3Β :Β Cooking

In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the fish fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the fish from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken stock, lemon juice (from half of the lemon), and capers. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
