1 pound Ground beef
1 Egg

33/100 cup Whole-Wheat Breadcrumbs
33/100 cup Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup Minced carrot

about 2 carrots

3 Garlic cloves

3/2 teaspoons Red wine vinegar
3/2 teaspoons Soy sauce
Notes:

preferably low sodium

1 teaspoon Dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

Step 1 : 

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Generously grease a baking sheet with olive oil and set aside.

Step 2 : 

In a large bowl use your hands to combine all the meatball ingredients. Roll the mixture into golf ball-size meatballs and place them in rows on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 3 : 

Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until the meatballs are brown all the way through.

Step 4 : 

Serve the meatballs with the spaghetti and warm tomato sauce. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
