Instructions
Coat the chicken with the flour by adding to a plastic bag and shake to coat.
Saute chicken in the butter in a skillet for 5 minutes per side, turning once.
Add the soy sauce, sugar, onion, and sherry to the skillet and mix well. Simmer for 30 - 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, turning as needed.
While chicken is simmering, heat black beans in a separate pan and prepare yellow rice as directed. Serve chicken with rice and black beans on the side.
