Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

In a mixing bowl, whisk together miso paste, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil.

Step 2 : Marinating the Salmon

Place the salmon fillet in a shallow dish and pour the miso marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Step 3 : Preparing the Baby Bok Choy

Halve the baby bok choy and set aside.

Step 4 : Air Frying the Salmon and Baby Bok Choy

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the marinated salmon fillet in the air fryer basket and arrange the halved baby bok choy around it. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the bok choy is tender.

Step 5 : Serve

Remove the salmon and bok choy from the air fryer. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
