2 lbs Chicken Breast
8 oz Penne Pasta
2 tbsp Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves

2 cups Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2 : Cooking

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken into thin strips.

Step 3 : Sauce

In the same skillet, add the tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add the cooked penne pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated with the sauce.

Step 4 : Serve

Divide the chicken penne pasta among serving plates. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil on top. Serve hot.
