2 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
4 cups Chicken Stock
2 cups Milk
1 cup Corn

frozen or canned

1 teaspoon Thyme
Notes:

1 leaf Bay Leaf
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Parsley
Notes:

chopped, for garnish


Instructions

Step 1Β :Β Preparation

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.

Step 2Β :Β Preparation

Add the onion, celery, carrots, and garlic to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.

Step 4Β :Β Cooking

Gradually whisk in the chicken stock and milk. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the salmon, potatoes, corn, thyme, bay leaf, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
