4 stalks Green Onion

4 cups Chicken Stock
12 pieces Potstickers
2 cups Baby Spinach
1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, green onion, garlic cloves, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch mixture, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Step 2 : Cooking

In a large pot, bring chicken stock to a boil. Add potstickers and cook for 5 minutes or until they float to the top. Add baby spinach and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Step 3 : Serving

Ladle the soup into bowls and serve hot.
