1 pound Shrimp
8 ounces Pea Pod
2 cloves Garlic

2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon Cornstarch

dissolved in 1 tablespoon water

2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

In a bowl, combine the shrimp with the minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch mixture, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 2 : Cooking

Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the wok and set aside.

Step 3 : Cooking

In the same wok, add the pea pods and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender.

Step 4 : Serve

Return the cooked shrimp to the wok and toss with the pea pods. Serve hot.
