Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Dice the onion and mince the garlic.

Step 2 : Cooking

Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Step 3 : Finishing

Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

Shred the chicken using two forks. Stir in the lime juice and chopped cilantro. Serve hot.
