Instructions
Cook the rice according to package instructions.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the shredded chicken breast and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and paprika. Cook until heated through.
In individual bowls, layer cooked rice, black beans, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, cooked chicken, sour cream, shredded cheese, and chopped cilantro.
Drizzle with lime juice and season with additional salt and pepper, if desired.
