1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Peel and chop the potatoes, carrots, and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. Trim the ends of the green beans. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and ginger. Dice the tomatoes.

Step 2 : Cooking

Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent. Add the curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Stir well to coat the onions and spices. Cook for 2 minutes.

Step 3 : Cooking

Add the chopped potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, green beans, and peas to the pot. Stir well to coat the vegetables with the spices. Cook for 5 minutes.
