1 pound Beef
2 cups Broccoli

cut into florets

2 cloves Garlic


1 teaspoon Ginger


3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
1 tablespoon Cornstarch

dissolved in 2 tablespoons water

2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar


Step 1 : Preparation

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch mixture, salt, and sugar. Set aside.

Step 2 : Cooking

Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.

Step 3 : Cooking

In the same wok, add garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Add broccoli and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Step 4 : Cooking
