Cooked Orzo
2 Zucchini
2 Yellow Squash
Diced Onion
Garlic
Olive Oil
Butter
Shredded Cheese of Choice
Notes:

I use dairy-free mozzarella

1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
Sausage of Choice
Notes:

I cook kielbasa on the side for my fam


Instructions

Step 1 : 

While cooking noodles, add olive oil to saute pan and brown garlic and onion together.

Step 2 : 

Add chopped zucchini and squash. Add in cooked noodles, some butter, a handful of cheese, stir.

Step 3 : 

Add tomatoes (not cut), cover and cook on medium low for 10-20 mins.
