1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Step 2 : Preparation

Add onion, garlic, bell pepper, carrot, and zucchini to the pot. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Step 3 : Cooking

Stir in canned tomatoes, tomato paste, kidney beans, black beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Step 4 : Cooking

Reduce heat to low and let chili simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
