Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Chop the carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.

Step 2 : Cooking

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped vegetables and cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.

Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
