1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
3 cloves Garlic

Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, lime juice, and dissolved cornstarch. Mix well.

Step 2 : Marinating

Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 3 : Cooking

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add marinated shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes, until shrimp turns pink and opaque.
