3/2 lb Ground Beef
3/4 cup Rolled Oats
1 Egg
Notes:

lightly beaten

1/2 cup Milk
3/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 cup Onion
Notes:

finely chopped

1 cloves Garlic
Notes:

minced

1 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Pepper
3 tbsp Vinegar
14 oz Ketchup

1 bottle

1 cup Sugar
4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup Water
16 oz Egg Noodles

Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion, rolled oats, egg, milk, 1.5 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper. Mix well.

Step 2 : Forming Meatballs

Shape the mixture into 12 large meatballs.

Step 3 : Cooking Meatballs

Brown in oven at 350 for 15 minutes.

Step 4 : Cooking Noodles

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions. Drain the noodles and set aside.

Step 5 : Prepare Sauce

Saute onion and garlic in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer.

Step 6 : Serving

Serve the meatballs and noodles hot, garnished with additional fresh parsley if desired.
